Wingstop

This evening's (Super Bowl) service was not what we expected at all. We placed our order in advance at 3:07pm. We were told it would be ready at 4:40pm for pick up. Upon our arrival, our order could not be found, yet they charged me as if it was ready. When I questioned one of the managers (named Renee), she stated she would look into it. We went back and forth a few times in attempting to figure out what happened to my order slip. We waited over an hour for food that should have been ready upon our arrival. A young man asked me had I been helped and he inquired about my order. Renee proceeds to snap at this young about what time she had already told me the order would be ready (5:45pm). What's the point in ordering in advance if you're not going to have it ready on time? The hour wait bothered me quite a bit, but the attitude and tone with which she took with her employees was uncalled for. Yes, it was a high volume day and I'm sure they may have been overwhelmed. But that does not give her the right to mistreat or talk in an ugly way to people. We normally enjoy our visits to this establishment and hope that this does not happen again.

I keep giving this location a chance, and I'm not sure why. Ordered delivery this time. Took about an hour, which was fine; I'm sure they were busy. But if I'm waiting that long, I expect to at least get hot/ warm food. It was cold. I live less than 10 minutes away. The delivery driver also neglected to read the instructions and decided to knock on the door anyway. That caused my dog to bark incessantly and woke my toddler up. Thanks for that. Never again with this location.

Best wing stop experience to date. We came in on 5/4 at around 8pm. We we’re waited on promptly, and the guy taking our order was super nice. We got the thigh bite bundle deal, and it is worth the $15-$16. So much food! Two regular orders of thigh bites (so many pieces) one large order of fries, and two drinks. We also ordered the 5 piece cajun corn (absolutely underrated choice!!) The corn might have been my favorite part! The food was ready in less than 10 minutes and everything was hot and fresh as we ate in, but the fries were crispy, I have never had crispy fries from wingstop before!

This is the 3rd time in a row my order is wrong and the last 2 time the night manager his self done my order and every time I have to have door dash issue credits and go threw the whole mess. I manage a business here in town and it blows my mind to think this is the best they have. I have always been a fan of wing stop till moving here to Temple. This store is a absolute joke and will never use again…

Very nice place and in a good location within Market Place. First time here ordering the garlic parmesan boneless wings with fries. Not crowded at the time. Was explained to me of all they had on menu. A bonus to me was when they let me try the sauces for me to choose from. Very nice and friendly staff. Very nice and clean atmosphere. Thanks guys, I will be back again. Wait time less than 6 minutes. Fantastic

Second delivery in a row they have messed up. The first time they forgot the *wings*! How do you forget wings from a wings restaurant?! This time, it was the ranch and blue cheese. Very disappointed. Updating. Still 1 star. Ordered through the app. Driver literally only brought the fries, veggies, and dips. No wings. Will they fix it? Nope. I either have to go get it (even though I paid a premium for delivery and waited an hour) or they can refund me. If you can’t fix the delivery, don’t do it.

VERY SLOW. The crew has no idea what's going on. Standing around talking when people are waiting for orders. I ordered fries and waited forever while the staff goofed around. UPDATE. After 20 minutes of waiting for fries, I approached the counter and no one was around. I asked about my fries and they hadn't even been dropped into the fryer yet. I asked for a refund and will never go back. Terrible way to run a shift. 5 employees and only 1 working the kitchen.
