Satisfactory, everything you expect, and then a little extra. Busy busy busy lunch rush with one person on the register, one or two in the Drive-Thru and 1 in the kitchen. No complaints, they're working hard and they got everything right. Special appreciation to the woman who took my order at the counter, she rearranged things in a way that cost less and I'm grateful. The store was clean and tidy, nobody was unhappy placing their orders and waiting because it all came in a timely fashion and it was plain to see everybody was working hard.

I reached out to cooperate about this experience today .I had at this location of KFC as I haven’t experienced from the WORST customer service I have experienced from Nancy , to receive the order which have token very long ! Which after the wait the order was wrong . This is disappointing for this kfc location!

Bought the 8 piece meal, get home and there is gravy all over my car seat and the entire meal. Not only was the gravy lid not on but there was also a hole in the bag. The food was covered in gravy, had to clean my car and hose off the walkway. If that wasn't enough, the chicken had excess oil in bottom of barrel and 1/2 the skin had come off and wasn't the usual crispy, tasty skin. Not only a waste of almost 30 dollars but also clean up. Will never go back to this location again. Will also be contacting corporate office. Horrible KFC experience.

We stopped in to get a snack and use the restroom. The ladies restroom was out of service so we went into the men’s. The restroom was filthy, sink and toilet beyond nasty and the toilet paper was loose. The biggest issue though was that there wasn’t any soap. I asked an employee for some soap and she let me know they were out of soap! For the entire restaurant! If you don’t have soap of any kind you shouldn’t be serving food! There was no way we were going to eat anything prepared by employees who couldn’t wash their hands. Horrible! The side door to the counter area was open (facing the restroom) and the floor was littered with trash which was carefully hidden behind the counter, out of view from customers. This location needs to be closed until a complete health inspection is conducted! I don’t understand why the manager wouldn’t go buy soap in this situation. From the employee’s reaction snd response, I doubt this was an isolated incident!

Went to KFC for three crispy chicken sandwiches and got three soggy sandwiches, really disappointed with KFC I traveled 4 hours from Stamford tx to Temple tx and got scared on our meal. People just don't care about the food and service they give. I know prices are going up but you shouldn't get cheated on your meal.
