I've been visiting Firehouse Subs for a few years now, but this was my first experience at this location. I had had a long day in town with doctor's appointments, and needed some grub. I stopped in here, and was welcomed right away. I ordered my sub at the register, and it was prepared with 5 minutes. The quality far exceeded what I'm used to from Firehouse. Generation portions of meat and toppings.
As I was finishing up, I decided to order a sub to go for my wife. I did this on the mobile app. I went to refill my drink as I waited, and I mentioned to the guys working that I had just placed an order, and just to let me know when it was ready - no rush was needed. About 2 minutes later he delivered it to my table.
Employees at this location are great. The team working this day seemed to enjoy each other, and they all worked together to prepare each sub.
I'm not near this location often, but when I do pass through, I'll certainly be stopping in!

I always enjoy a firehouse sub. The staff were friendly. My sandwich was very good except for this very large, weird, chunk of muscle with my roast beef. Other than that, I was satisfied.

I ordered food ahead of time to pick up. I got there and it was ready to go. Yessenia was friendly and made sure I had everything I needed before I left. The restaurant was very clean and will definitely be coming back to this location for their correct order, quickness and friendly staff.

The food is always good. The staff is friendly, however I felt a bit rushed and like I was a bother even though there was no one else in line.
