Dunkin'

Just wanted to write a review because of the pleasant encounter I had with Scarlet a couple of days ago. I came in with an issue from another store and she resolved it no questions asked. It was quite evident that she runs this store like a well oiled machine. In the 15 minutes I spent eating my breakfast I saw how well she managed her team and how customer focused she was. It was so busy that day. I saw her lead them by example and was hands on with them. Dunkin is lucky to have her. It’s service and value like that that will win us away from Starbucks. I will be stopping by Dunkin just a little more in the future.

Tried Dunkins for the first time. The Bacon'n'egger down here is good, but different from ol' Timmies. Enjoyable to eat; However, zero nostalgia points. Americans don't know what a double double is. Had to explain to the girl I ordered from then again to the person going to make it. Also, this is probably Arizona specific, when you order coffee, they give you iced coffee unless you specify you want hot coffee. In Canada it's the opposite.
