Best donuts I've ever had. The strip mall it's in is basic but had plenty of parking. The indoor customer seating area was clean and roomy and cool but no particular charm. The outdoor seating looked dusty. The donuts are absolutely worth it.

I loved this store in particular, it was very clean and the customer service was great!! Purchased 2 dozen for a meeting and grabbed 2 hot ham & cheese croissants with jalapeños. It was so 🔥!!! We your that up so fast I forgot to take pictures.

Quick donut shop you can enjoy a good fresh donut and some iced coffee. If youre into boba drinks they have a couple flavors. Personally i really dig the honeydew flavor its great for the crazy summer temps we have here in az.

I always win the "who brings the best donuts to work" award. And I'm in love with the tea and coffee drinks. The strawberry black tea with regular Boba is to die for!

I come here all the time for boba. I admit the boba is not as chewy but more mushy however, the mixture they use to soak them in is BOMB. So thats why I keep coming back to get my taro smoothie with boba lol. Also donuts are bomb; I come here all different times and donuts are soft. Owner is cool too.

we all know they have the best donuts in the entire state but you may not be aware that make a great lunch sandwich. Stop by and give them a try, I think you'll be glad you did and you can have a donut for dessert!

Atmosphere: Decent space for sitting. There is outdoor and indoor seating. The bathroom is sealed off for now though.
Cost: average for a Bosa Donut shop. Drinks are cheap when compared to actual boba shops.
What I got: a rose tea of some sort (included toppings) and a Thai tea.
Taste: Thai tea was delicious. This place is a hit and miss kind of place but it is usually pretty good for Thai Tea. The Rose tea was a gamble and it turned out pretty good. Also cheap prices for these two drinks so I was happy.
Would I come back: Of Course! This is usually my go-to for midnight snacks. The have pretty good donut holes when you’re lucky. They recently changed management or remodeled so I was hesitant on the quality but it is still great! Speak loud for the worker if you’re wearing a mask because it’s hard for them to hear and you don’t want your order to be wrong.
