Mcdonald's

Went through the drive thru recently, the person on the speaker was trying to have some fun with us. "Did you say you wanted everything on the menu" "oh now your ready" and showed a certain level of disdain. That's fine, we know what we're getting at McDonald's. What sucked is that after a long day we just wanted something to eat. We get back on the freeway and all of our food is drenched in salt. I'm talking dipped in the ocean, a fry and two burgers. Long story is we didn't eat dinner that night.

I don't know what it is about this location but I try to avoid it any time I can. Luckily there are much better ones in the city. This one almost never gets my order right. Almost always has rude unhelpful service. Even the food has been cold sometimes. And....they don't care. I'd really like to know if this is a franchise store or a corporate one. I can't imagine that they would pass too many secret shopper visits.

The young woman who took our order did freaking spectacular!!!! When my husband orders he orders SO Confusingly that it's amazing if anyone can even get close to getting the order accurate. This girl got it Perfect and she had to keep switching back and forth from the breakfast to the lunch menu. She really stood out as an employee who is an asset to the company. I wish I could remember her name. (***MANAGERS*** Ck the schedule on Saturday June 3rd around 11am, young woman, dark hair, short or average height taking orders inside. There was only her taking orders for dine in or carry out and a guy was taking orders next to her for the drive thru) 😁

We were just at this location 2 days ago and it was surprisingly amazing and way better than the one just down the street. Fries almost tasted like McDonalds French Fries, not the soggy uncooked fries they seem these days. Waited 30 minutes thru the drive thru, ok... covid, blah blah... I get it and wasn't mad, well as first at least. Got our food from a very courteous young guy. All was good until we got to the fries... Its what they are known for! And they were soggy and uncooked!

$7.16 for a coffee and fish sandwich. One of those ones where the fish and the tartar sauce is off to one side of the bun and has already stuck in place. It doesn’t seem that long ago that the same meal cost about $3.50. The price isn’t really MacDonald‘s fault but the sloppy presentation is for sure.

I'd like to open this review with something that happened to me 4 years ago here, once I came in quickly to walk in get a plain McChicken sandwich and leave, which is literally just a bun and a patty. And while it was moderately busy, I don't see why I had to wait 25 minutes for something as simple as that, especially when I used to work at a McDonald's, it only takes 4 minutes to fry a patty. Two years this location has also stopped me from ordering anything dinner related because the time was now 12:01 and they could only serve breakfast past midnight. Last year I waited 30 minutes, on two separate occasions for a diet coke and an apple pie through the drive thru. And this year I've had multiple experiences with missing items and generally cold food. It's like this location has a thing for wasting my time and I wish I had a different food place near me that's open late because I would go somewhere else if I could.
