I like chicken and brown rice bowl. It is really healthy. My kid(he is only three) loves to eat beef bowl with veggies. The restaurant is so clean and food is always fresh. I really recommend here. Food is so much better and different than others. The flame broiling of the meats makes a huge difference! Plus they don't drown their food in that bad oil and too much sweet sauce

Me and my daughter love the chicken bowl. It has the smoky grilled flavor that tastes so good. Beef bowls are not bad but not as flavorly as chicken. Steamed rice and vegetables tasted fresh. Food usually comes out really fast. Good choice if you don't feel like cooking and don't feel like pizza or hamburger kind of food.

Arrived at the store at 11 am on a Sunday (2/16/20), the crew cannot take our order because they said the cashier is not yet in. We waited and cashier arrived 11:18 am. Store should be ready on their posted business hours and employees should be punctual.

Chicken quality changed? It looked like the leftover chicken pieces that are found at a butcher. I saw it when they placed it raw on the grill. I went there this week and ordered the usual: chicken bowl with veggies. It appears that the chicken is not the same. Maybe the new owner changed the chicken distributor. All I know is that the chicken pieces were strung together with ligaments or tendons. It looked like one long piece of intestine strung together. It was not appealing and it did not have the same taste. I did not eat it comfortably. I will need to find another place.

Waba Grill is much better. Maybe it's this location because I remember Flame Broiler being better than this. The white rice tastes like minute rice, and Waba Grill's magic sauce is much better. This was hardly worth eating, but nothing "bad" just not "good". The place is clean.

I love Flame Broiler and have probably been to over 20 different locations. I love this specific location because they have the magic sauce in a bottle so you can take it to your table - perfection!
