Ihop

I heard about a deal for Togo/online orders that I tried ordering. I asked about a family pack option where I was rudely greeted by the manager Fernando who blatantly ignored me & did not want to help me with my request. He referred me to the regular dine in menu where the online order was not available. Fernando passed me on to another employee where I asked once again about the family menu. She knew actually what I wanted to order. I originally asked the employee for the manager & that’s when I found out Fernando was the manager. I had the worse experience ever from the manager & will never be back. Fernando does not have any kind of customer service & should not be a manager, especially if his employee know more than him.

I normally do not leave reviews but our family breakfast we had this past Sunday was absolutely horrible I was brought water in this dirty glass, our coffee was old and cold which is normally my favorite thing about ihop and the replacement coffee wasn’t that much better My eggs were over cooked replacement eggs weren’t any better but I was hungry so I didn’t say anything about it My toast and my husbands toast were both burnt and my sausage was over cooked On top of that we had the rudest waitress who didn’t apologize for all the issues we had and didn’t come to check on us either and didn’t offer any compensation for the horrendous meal we had We normally come to this ihop at least 2 times a month We will definitely not come back and will share our experience with family and friends

Horribly managed IHOP they had 3 online orders waiting in pancakes for over an hour and the manager kept sending the pancakes over to the tables probably because they benefit more from it since they get tips. They could just get 3 online orders done at a time to get them flowing better but money talks.
