Store Manager was good enough to Cancel the Online Purchase AND then Honor the BOGO Instore! This surely Cost the Store that free product... But it retained a Customer!!

It was my first time at this location ...as I was passing through the area. It became crazy busy with the longest winding line I've ever seen at any subway...but the staff was amazing. They were fast, friendly and efficient. It was really impressive. Even those waiting in line were friendly...because I think they knew they would not be waiting long.
