Jersey Mike's Subs

On my first visit over 5 years ago in Westchse, I left without a purchase for 2 resons. First, the cost seemed too high and the meats had funky names that I knew did not exist. Years later, post pandemic, the costs are more relatable and people seemed to like the product. As sub shops go, Jersey Mikes is a good, solid choice in that realm. Nothing spectacular but a fresh, clean straightforward flavor. Nothing to complain about as far as the product. As far as cost, the giant is about $1.00 an inch. A little more than some other joints, but still a modest cost. While I will no longer avoid Jersey Mike's, sub shops are not a go to for me. I will say that given a choice between them and other sub shops, they are now a preference.

Please read update below So I LOVE jersey mikes and normally they are 100% on their game. Unfortunately, it seems this location is struggling. I accidentally placed an order at this location instead of another. I immediately tried to call the store. At first I couldn't get through. With the number not being able to be completed. Then when I got through, they immediately put me on hold. I am now 10 mins into the call waiting just to cancel the order. Mind you, this is exactly what the app tells you go do. There is no way to cancel an order on the app. Update: I apologize for not updating earlier. I was contacted by the store owner. He apologized for the situation, corrected the issue, and was very appreciative, respectful and honestly seems like a nice guy. I've been eat8ng at jersey mikes for a while and one reason is for the service. And while mistakes happen, it's good customer service to make it right. Definitely go to this store. Sorry again for the delay.

This was our first experience at Jersey Mike's Sub. The place was extremely clean and Rachel prepared our subs. Rachel looked like she was putting together a masterpiece! She was extremely thoughtful as she placed items atop the subs she was preparing. We decided on the Chicken Philly. It was prepared perfectly. The chicken was tender, the onions and bellpeppers were succulent and the bread was soft! the cheese was melted perfectly! Nice job guys and we will be back!! Went back today and Rachel was there and took our orders again! Another masterpiece! If you stop by ask her to make your sandwhich, she is the best and you will not be disappointed🥪!!
