You come in here and fall in love with music, books and coffee again.
I don't live in Tampa-- I just stumbled on this store while waiting for my daughter to finish her volunteer project.
There were soooo many fantastic albums!! What a delightful selection of books. Used book stores (GOOD used book stores) are hard to find.

This was my first time at Mojo and I will absolutely be back. I have been looking for a place to go read and have tea/coffee and I think this place is going to end up being my favorite place. The book selection is great. I was able to find an Amy Tan book that I would have had to order at B n’ N to be able to get it. The iced apple caramel latte and blueberry muffin were absolutely perfect.

Awesome selection of books, records, CDs! Inside there is a coffee shop and the employees are very helpful. Was able to pick up some vinyls from artists that I enjoy with not too big a following; the inventory of manga was very extensive.

This shop is FANTASTIC! They have delicious coffee and loads of inexpensive books. There's really something for everyone. They even have a large section of manga and graphic novels.

I've been coming here for years and thought it appropriate to share some love for this Tampa staple. Truly, there is no shortage of wonderful things to say about Mojo: excellent record selection with excellent prices, loads of used books to get lost in, gifts & clothing, posters, great food & beverages, friendly staff, & a generous punch card program. I've both bought & sold here for probably a decade, & having visited record stores across the country, Mojo has a special place in my heart. Whether you're looking for something specific or feel like discovering something new, this is a must-visit.

I love this place. I went recently after a few years of not going. The change in location within the plaza is quite the upgrade! Grab a nice cup of coffee, check out the book selection, and peruse the vinyl section- you won't regret it!

I wandered in here to kill time while I was waiting for my food order next door. I'm telling you, I do not remember the last time I felt like I got lost in the stacks in wonderment. This place has some amazing finds. I found some philip Roth books which I have been dying to read. There's also a gem of a literature section for Shakespeare. There were also some contemporary books that looked very interesting. I didn't even realize how much time had passed until I remembered I had to pick up my food next door. I go to alot of bookstores for inspiration. I long for that feeling of just randomly finding books that captivate me to just start reading. This was the first time in literally years I felt this way. Thanks MOJO books for motivating me to read again.

Melanie went above and beyond helping me acquire a replacement cord for my daughter’s record player. Wish I could have met her to thank her in person! She also set the customer service bar exponentially high in dealing with me. Her demeanor was effervescent, and cordial. Not the same can be said about the barista. She seemed to have a chip on her shoulder and begrudgingly prepared our drinks. Mine was flavorless, my husbands was legit. I gave a $7 tip for two beverages. She grabbed my money (never said thanks) and shoved it in a jar almost as to emphasize I should have known it went there. Not friendly at all. Boo!

Great vibes! If you're wanting some cool, unique reads at a decent price, this is the place to go. Plus they offer a wide selection of music. They even have some more contemporary reading materials. I love coming here.

No idea how I've missed this place before now, but stopped by for the first time today and will be returning. The used books are in wonderful shape and the selection of records is great. Love the vibes! Will grab a latte next time and really considering getting a record player to play some of these albums!!

Was in the area with some friends from Indiana. Found this place on Google. It gives me the vibe of Half Priced Bookstore. I love how they had a Pride and Juneteenth section set up. Had a coffee joint in it and it was good. The vibe of the store is set.

Awesome deals on LP's & books, and the cofe shop is great too. The only reason why I gave it four stars is because it was too tight in some placeses for my wheelchair. But the staff is helpful and knowledgeable.

Love this place! Now my favorite used book store in mid-south Florida. They sell books, records, and more. There is a coffee shop inside, seating both out and in. Discount books on a cart outside. Plenty of parking. Great selections in a maze of cozy stacks that are well organized and managed. The staff is wonderful. Great tunes playing while you shop creating a wonderful relaxing atmosphere. Used books are mixed with new. Some prices are good, others seem a little high..feels like a college town place that caters to the entire community..nice vibe. I will return very soon.
