An intimate place to be. Staff are accommodating to needs & are also obliging. Range of alcohol drinks available to suit all. Nibbles plates are well filled as a snack option.
Great atmosphere! You'll have to book - this place is very popular.

BEST BAR ON THE SHORE!!! Steve and the team are super friendly with excellent top notch service. Bartender Josh makes the BEST cocktail! Food taste so good at great price. Nice cozy atmosphere for a night out. Enjoy our time and left the bar with a big smile every time! Highly recommended!

Amazing Sunday roast and great wine! One of the best we’ve had in New Zealand. Service was great, super friendly and welcoming. 11/10 would recommend.

Found this place just by chance and it did not disappoint! The food was so delicious and beautifully presented, great wine list and atmosphere was cosy and intimate. So glad I found this little gem. Will definitely be visiting again!!

Omg!!! This is the most awesome bar.. best cocktails….. Steve and Shelley are amazing. So friendly and chilled atmosphere. Popped in by myself and met heaps of cool people.

What a gem! Whether pre-theatre dinner & drinks or just a catch-up with friends, this cosy neighbourhood bar and eatery ticks all the boxes. Excellent service by Steve and the team and a very tempting menu of (very generous) small plates makes Taylor's our new go-to whenever we're in Takapuna.

Such a great spot joined my two mates there who have been several times and wanted me to go along, such a lovely vibe incredible friendly hosts and the best service, so relaxed and great selection of wines and amazing sharing plates we had the food was delicious prices very fair and generous portions

Lovely hidden small restaurant in Takapuna. Friendly staff and yummy food. Fish bite, Kumara blue cheese balls, lamb meat balls, pork belly, chilli prawn.... At the end, tiramisu and brownie.

It is a nice place on Hurstmere. It is so close to beach but away from crowded. We had, tequila chicken, fries and some drinks. Everything was delicious. Service is great and friendly. Highly recommended. Definitely come back...

Serve limited bar type of foods. We went using first table 50 discount and so tried almost everything on the menu. Share plates price starts from 11 to 17 and alcoholic drink from 9 to 15 a glass. Not exactly my taste of bar foods just eatable. Chilli Squid (half broiled), chicken bites, crispy pork (skin was not properly cleaned with furs still unplugged), turkey slider, beetroot feta Arancini stuffed rice ball.

Came here on a first table before going to the ballet. Food was fine - nothing amazing. We had the beetroot and feta arancini balls, pulled turkey sliders, fries and the chilli prawns which were the best but seeing as it’s a wine bar I guess food is not the focus. Service was really good! Unsure if I would go back not on a first table but it’s super handy for before-show nibbles or drinks

Went here for lunch the other day, food was delicious and surprisingly quick to the table. Definitely recommend the pork belly and the snapper sliders.

Went here for an after work drink and snack. Highly recommend the sharing plates - be warned they are not small sharing plates!!! Shout out for the pork belly which falls apart and the cracking on the side. Great atmosphere and attentive, friendly staff.<br/>

Wonderful little tapas :) went here for a random peckish lunch and was not disappointed. I really liked all the little dishes they served. I just wished i had ordered more
