This was my morning go to place while on vacation, our hotel was close by.
The place was clean, the staff was nice and helpful. Drinks were good.
If you're lactose intolerant, they have other options, I only wish they had lactose free milk... they have oat, almond, and coconut milk. They also have a good selection of sugar-free flavors for your coffee. I gave up my Starbucks for Dunkin while on vacation (I never thought I'd cheat on Starbucks, lol). So, from now on, whenever I'm in the States, I will have my coffee at Dunkin.

Clearly anarchists run this Dunkin Donuts as they open at 6:00am and not 4:30 am. Besides that I stand by their coffee and service.

I go there every morning get my expresso shots and i can say they are very polite and treat the customers very well.
The Manager is super cool and her helper Lane is awsome .

I stopped at the Dunkin’ Donuts on Thompson Road, East Syr. with my 3 1/2 year old granddaughter this afternoon. I was so surprised when the server covered the cost of our order of a pink donut and small lemonade! She said, “It’s on me. Have a great rest of the day.” How sweet was that?! It was a small order but a huge gesture that was totally unexpected and very much appreciated. 🥰

There was a problem with our order and they offered to upgrade the sizes of the coffee. The drive thru staff was extremely nice and I would definitely recommend it.

The signature white chocolate mocha caramel latte with an espresso shot is absolutely the pick me up I needed after work. Manager had the place super busy and ran smoothly. I was impressed with the flow of the business an still took my order. The girls were very friendly an quick.

I'm quite impressed with this place, and especially the lady on the speaker that takes my order at the drive thru. I stop there often, but not every morning. When I do she remembers me and what I usually order. Amazing!
