I've always loved Panera, it's a great place to eat and in a convenient location. Staff js always prompt and food is always good

Food is delicious!! Breakfast sandwiches are so good! I ALWAYS have to check to make sure my order is correct. They have given me the wrong sauce, forgotten items, and even tried to give me a chicken sandwich when I ordered an egg one earlier this week. Good food but you have to be assertive to make sure you get what you paid a lot for.

Great place for lunch when you want to go away fast food. Excellent service. I forgot my credit card ion the counter and after one hour I went back and it was secured by the staff.

Panera never fails to impress me! Part of me wishes I could try every single item on the menu because it is just that good!!! New chicken tikka masala and green goddess sandwiches knocked it out of the park and my ole reliable tuna salad sandwich was as delicious as ever. Very, very busy around noon so make sure you get it to-go unless you don’t mind a packed restaurant with stressed staff. They kept it together and everything was delicious, though!

Ordered a Pick Two and had found a small hair under my sandwich (this never really happens and probably wouldn't have noticed if I didn't examine my food before I eat anything haha). Brought it to the attention of a woman who was walking around and she immediately brought took me over to the serving counter. The manager on duty was there and met me with apologies over and over... my food was re-made and I am very pleased with the outcome from the manager. Thank you!

The young woman at the register was extremely patient and helpful as our group of 5 decided on what to order. We made a few changes along the way and she was very gracious. She even allowed us to taste the different dressings for the salads to make a better informed choice.
When we were finished we didn't realize we'd stayed past their closing time 😬 They let us talk and finish our conversation without being pushy or rude. Super kind all the way around.
Definitely recommend this place based on the customer service we received 👍💯

I love coming here for a treat. Even on busy days/times (such as the lunch rush), the employees are efficient with getting your order placed and finished. They even have self order kiosks which are great when the lines are long and are very user friendly. I've never had a problem finding a seat and my order has always been accurate. My only complaint is that I've had issues with ordering to go on the MyPanera app where I placed an order and it never went through (this wasn't an issue with the store itself but the app).

The soup was amazing and the sandwiches was so-so. They have alot of new try-me tastes. Pickled onions on my sandwich was too much. Definitely having the soup and salad next time. The mac & cheese was pretty good too. The cashier was really helpful, but soup and salad please!

We have always enjoyed Panera for so many reasons fresh organic food, great coffee, amazing dessert, organic drinks and cool vibe of the place.
We felt the same at the location. Customer service was fast, crowd was busy inside and outside of the restaurant. Menu was clear from the distance and the kiosk was working as well. I heard it’s much faster but they are useful when it’s crowded.
Right after we ordered our meal, we would see our order on the screen usually they don’t work right but surprisingly it was working and our order took longer than usual. But I ignored it since the chicken frontaga was delicious 🤤.
The only complaint I have is, why do they make only limited desert. Like this is the third or fourth time that we were looking for chocolate brownie but they don’t have it. :/

Food was amazing as always!! Ordered there new teriyaki chicken and broccoli bowl, DELICIOUS!!!! At first, it didn't look like it was alot, but that portion was so fulfilling that I almost couldn't finish it!!
