Chocolab

I've ordered from Chocolab many times and the quality and customer service is always fantastic! I recently placed an order to be sent as a gift to a friend in far North Queensland and unfortunately my order arrived melted. I contacted Chocolab and my order was remade and shipped again super quickly with extra ice and insulated with extra packaging. My friend received it a few days later in perfect condition. Very happy with the service. Thanks Chocolab :)

Ordered two chocolate bars for Easter, in March, they arrived 2 days later! Such quick delivery times. Chocolates were wrapped in lots of packaging and they did not arrive melted at all. My husband LOVED the taste of the milk chocolate 🍫 and my son loved his white chocolate one with lots of lollies in it 😋 very happy, thank you!

Great communication! My address can be a little tricky. But instead of just posting and hoping for the best Chocolab took the time to contact me to confirm my address. I received my order the very next day. My order was exactly as it was advertised. Although I can not comment on taste (as it's not yet been eaten) all my experiences so far have been amazing. I will be buying again. 😊

I don’t believe for a moment any positive posts here. This place is ABSOLUTELY NEVER OPEN. The “closed” sign is always in the door. I’ve not seen the front door open , ever ! What is this business all about ???? Staring inside the always locked doors it’s virtually empty except for a couple of sad bits of wrapped chocolate on a shelf. It’s all a real mystery. No idea who wrote these reviews , but I am certain they have never walked through the always closed front doors. No sign on the front door saying why they NEVER open or any website or any contact details. All very strange in this very high profile cafe type area.
