Really interesting place with a great feel and really involved staff. Brilliant food that is always well prepared and looks and tastes amazing. I love the old Steampunk feel and the sewing machine tables that have been converted well. Good coffee that never varies in its consistency. :)

This cafe has amazing coffee and excellent southern style food with a great atmosphere. The only problem is that it's always packed out, but you can call ahead and reserve a table. The staff are amazingly friendly and keep giving out cupcakes everytime i seem to go there.

The last two times we've been here, they have had ridiculous waiting times. This would of been fine if they were busy, However, only three tables deep, still 40 minutes to cook a hash brown and a chorizo. And it still, could of taken longer because we decided, like the first time, to walk after waiting such a long time for a quick cook meal. Also, for drinks, a 25 minute wait on the sticky chai that was unfiltered, with the chunky herbs and spices left in, and to boot, a shot of coffee in there for no apparent reason, other than a complete lack of attention to what they were doing. They remade it for us and that was 35 minutes into sitting there, again, with 3 other tables to serve. But that wasn't the only problem. The waiting staff didn't know how to take an order and most likely forgot our order twice, the ""owner"", a ""cook"" didn't even know we wanted our order after we directly ordered it through him twice, (which he walked off on us half way through the first time) but it seemed we didn't actually get the food on heat until we asked how much longer it would be. I've been going here for a year, there has been a steady decline and now it's fallen apart. What's worse, is, people I'd never seen before tried telling me they were the owner and, it was quite obvious he didn't know the first thing about the menu or kitchen, let alone how to give even the most basic level of customer service. 0/5. Avoid like the plague.

We purchased a groupon voucher for this place which was valid Mon-Fri so we called last Friday to confirm it would be ok to come in with the voucher on the public holiday Monday today & they said yeah just come in. When we got there, the staff begrudgingly agreed to honour the voucher. We were then told twice that anything we order that's not on the voucher, we'd have to pay for, this was done in an unfriendly manner. We were sat in this practically empty cafe for an hour waiting for food & had to remind them about our coffee which they'd forgotten. The staff overall were unfriendly & treated us like we were a massive inconvenience because we had a voucher. Bottom line is dont do a groupon voucher if you don't want to offer the service

Although the owner was kind enough to cater our Groupon even on a public holiday, yet wasn't a very delightful experience! ORDER: Two flat whites, Silverbean Breakfast (Big brekkie), Salmon Breakfast YAYS: Poached eggs, outside seating area on Enmore Road, owner's compassion to entertain our groupon on a public holiday NAYS: everything else, including food! Coffee - my microwave-made instant coffee is far better than their barrista-made flat-white! Brekkie - The menu clearly stated sourdough, but we were given vienna bread with big brekkie and 'allegedly' sourdough with salmon brekkie (i must state that I am a brekkie-oholic and can immediately pick one bread from another). The breads seemed to have been acquired from probably coles or even worse, Aldi's bakery sections, along with the chorizo, salmon, and the sausages! Chorizo specifically had a weird rotten smell n my gf couldn't eat more than one bite. Sausages and Salmon also tasted weird! In all, one of the worst breakfasts I've ever had in my Groupon-Brekkie spree!

Having to wait an hour for a bacon and egg wrap is completely ridiculous. Not only that they didnt even get the order right, not hard to put bbq sauce on in when they ask what u want. I definitely will not be going back.
