The women working at this dunkin at 512 on Saturday afternoon was wonderful. She was very polite. She made a mistake and happly fixed the issue with no problem no question ask. Every one makes mistake and it's ok fyi. I hope this gets back to her or her boss.

Clean area with space for trucks to pull in. They also have diesel pumps. Dunkin was doing drive through only with the excpetion of tractor trailers which they can order inside. Some places don’t even do that and let the truckers starve.

I want to start by saying I never, ever write bad reviews for businesses. I absolutely love Dunkin, but this location truly disappointed me this morning. Actually point blank really upset me, hence this review. My usual coffee is "small hazelnut iced 1 sugar almond milk". This morning, I received not even close to what I asked for. Reason being, upon first shake and then sip I literally got a mouthful of almond water. From my thumbnail up is extremely watered down almond milk, below is almond milk with a splash of coffee. Now, there are some Dunkins where they do the complete opposite and charge me extra for almond milk and only throw a splash in. I truly do appreciate the generosity with the almond milk here, but I asked for an iced coffee, not literally watered down almond milk. Sorry to say, this location will not be receiving my business anymore.

I went for some energizing coffee on a early morning and received wonderful customer service which energized me more than the coffee did. 10000/10 Would totally go back there in a heart beat!!

Are you allowed to close the inside cafe and route everyone to drive thru only? Never seen that before. I wouldnt have to go inside if you werent so slow. Drive thru wait times are over 10 minutes. I allow my self plenty of time to get coffee but some how you guys cant keep up. This line hasnt moved in 6 minutes. So tell me what the hell you are doing in there.
