Surprisingly enough my friend from an organization works here and was surprising to see her! Starbucks is always great! And i loved the sandwich and the iced latte :D
Definitely gonna come back here another time to see her again and planning on to get a job at starbucks! THANK YOU SO MUCH

@StarbucksCanada I’m a regular Starbucks customer and was denied a cup of water for my 5-year-old kid just because I didn’t buy anything today. Never seen this kind of behaviour anywhere in the world, very shocked to see it happen in our Kind and compassionate Canada.

Did a mobile order but I had to wait for more than 40 minutes. I came to the barista and asked and she told me that just wait cuz they had a long queue. Then another lady realized that someone mistaken took my order away ! So she had to do another one for me

The service is too slow. It's really slow. They don't even match the order they received. They put out four drinks in the order behind me first, and I saw my drinks made in a hurry within 10 seconds. I had to wait more than 15 minutes to get a drink that could be made in 10 seconds. There was only one person waiting in front of me. Even the drink I received was full of ice, so I didn't even drink a few sips, but it quickly ran out. I often drank the same drink at other stores, but the amount there felt to be two to three times as much as here. I bought a grande size here, but it felt like the amount was less than the tall size elsewhere. I really don't want to go again, and I don't recommend it.
