White Spot Morgan Crossing

Visited today for a late lunch. Being Easter Monday, it was actually really busy, even mid-afternoon. We didn't have to wait too long for a table though. Our server was quick and efficient, always made sure we had drinks, and that the kids were happy. Food, as always, was excellent! I think the Zoo Sticks tasted better here, compared to other locations 😄 Kids loved the Dino Pirate Packs!

I know I should never expect to have good steak in burger place but I just didn't know it will be that bad..... Ask for medium and recieved and well done 200%.... the steak was so dry you can literally feel the dryness just by looking at it. I was with my son so when the waitress offer to cook me a new plate I just didn't bother. Come on, an other 20 mins wait with 2 years toodler. It is no dinner, it is business trip! I am only giving 2 star becuase of the kids meal selection they have. The chicken strip is juice and tender . Why would I know? Because I have to eat my son meal after the unsatisfied steak I had... 🙄

It was very good. We were there at around 5 pm on Saturday. It wasn't busy at all. Has been over two years since we were at this location, due COVID-19 restriction that were in place. White spot didn't disappoint, meal were great, but many of the favorites no longer on the menu such as CHICKEN POT PIE, pies now served as tart pie instead a slice piece. Menu has changed and is someone limited now. I also believe many locations now franchise owned , and no longer UNION White Spots, from our waiters comment.

I definitely recommend this whitespot location. Great ambiance great food great service. Mmmm loved the endless fries. Yes these were made from real potatoes and were not sharp, hard and burnt fries. The ribs are so tender, juicy and falls off the bone so no need for knives. Compared to other restaurants the portion size is good value for money. Vanilla ice cream has real vanilla beans so we always have this as our desert. So Good!

My word…I felt so guilty imposing on the staff here by coming in for a meal. Slow service, mediocre meal…I commented on how dry the grilled chicken was on the salad and was told “I’ll speak to the cook”…that was the end of it…nothing back from “the cook”. It’s not the server’s fault…they don’t know what good service is because it hasn’t been trained. Best burgers in the world or they’d never see me again.
