Mcdonald's

Thus McDonald's was nice. The service was great, they saw me waiting on the side and quickly attended to me. The food was delicious which I can't say for other McDonald's locations. My food was hot, cooked perfectly, the biscuits were just right and not dry, and the hashbrowns were nice & crispy how I like it! My French fries were also perfect! Not soggy or overcooked, but hot & crispy! It was also nice and clean including the play place area. I will definitely be going to this location when I'm in the area from now on.

Have been coming here for years and Shantel the manager nice woman with glasses runs this McDonald's better than any other ive been to in AZ in the span of 31 years I have lived here. She is the sweetest and makes this restaurant above the rest in customer service id recommended the manager or owner give her at least a 2 dollar raise she alone makes this store great job girl keep it up!!

I have been trying to get in contact with someone on the phone i was not able to but i am here to let you know i had experienced the best costumer service today at this mcdonald’s. he was very fast. greeting and great to talk to. his name was quenton not very sure how to spell his name but he works at the surprise location on Waddell and litchfeild. wonderful service thanks to him

Stopped by my local Mc's. The thought of a ig Mac meal and shake has been nibbling away on my mind for awhile. So I went in and I was waited on a lovely women at the register. Got my meal and shake and went on merry way back home. I've never ridden a bike and enjoyed a cold frosty shake while peddling and nibbling on fries a the same time. But it was hot, fresh and tasty! Didn't dine in but just got my food and left. Always fast and a good working team. It's always busy here but fast. A great spot lives up to the McDonald's name.

Got through the drive thru fairly fast and easy. Cashier so friendly, smile. Had great glasses on. I was asked to park received a ticket on my mirror. Greeted with a smile and we chuckled. Wait was not bad especially when getting hot, fresh food. Food runner was super friendly, energetic, smile on her face. Got home and nuggets were upsized.. total win of an experience. I was there at 6pm. Thank you McDonalds and staff
