Was there a few days ago. Forgot which donut shop I was at and asked for the wrong thing. The young lady was very helpful. Went through the entire menu with me. No sarcasm, no snarkiness. Just plain nice and good service.

Visited DD as my local store was closed for renovation. Was greeted by a very cheerful and amicable manager who let everyone know how happy she was to have us there. Ordered the my usual coffee and the fall flavor donut - Pumpkin Donut. Delicious 😋

I started coming to this Dunkin because I had bad experiences at the other one on University and Sunrise. These employees are always so friendly to me in the drive thru. My orders have always been correct and they are quick. Not all fast food experiences will be great (as we all know) but it’s refreshing to experience good customer service especially with an establishment that I visit almost everyday.
