Dunkin'

What I like about this place: while it doesn't have a lot of it's own parking space, it's literally in the middle of a huge parking lot. Parking is never a problem. They keep it clean, well maintained and presentable. The service is average, and usually have some interesting personalities on staff. I've never personally experienced any bad product, so that's great too. (The hashbrowns at the Danville location tastes weirdly like burnt plastic 100% of the time I order them) What could be better: There's limited places to plug in and charge your device, so if you're coming in to drink cheap coffee all day while writing haiku, make sure you set up shop early. Another factor that could be improved upon is employee health and disease spread awareness - Only one employee was wearing a mask (in my opinion, anyone who is working with food should be wearing something over their mouth) and there were a couple employees walking around openly coughing without any attempt to cover their mouth. All in all, I'll return when convenient because it's better than other dunkins in the area.

Normally my coffee is done well and this is my favorite dunkin in the area but be careful when you order their cold brews. They left a bunh of coffee grounds in my order. Thankfully I was going home and just filtered them out but if I wasn't able to do this, I'd be a little upset with having to drink the grounds.

Ordered my pumpkin iced coffee while I stood outside. Walked in a minute later. Had my beverage moments after that. Very fast service. The employee was very polite. And most importantly, my drink was prepared the exact way that I had requested it. Keep up the good work guys!!! The store was clean too, but I was only in there mere moments before I had my drink and good to go so not enough down time to scope the place. 🤘😁

The girl who took my order was very nice. My order was perfect. Thank you for being so kind. You don't know how much that means to me. I honestly worked in fast food for over 10 years.
