Which Wich Superior Sandwiches

Food was great! That isn't the reason for my less than stellar review. I loved the sandwich and the fries were really good as well. The problem was that the location was not clean inside. The trash container was out from under the drink station just sitting out. There was debris on the floor and a few tables were dirty as well. A man that appeared to be the owner was standing around watching for a bit and then left so it wasn't that nobody could have taken care of these things either. Also they need much better signage to explain their ordering process. I had never been to a which which before, but I walked up to the counter since it wasnt clear. The girl redirected me to the counter and didn't really explain it other then handing me a fork and telling me to fill it out. They only had crayons in the counter to fill out with so it was hard to mark the paper with any detail. Then I brought it up to pay, she told the guy to throw in a fry and seconds later I asked if I could get a large instead. She said he had already put it in so no. I said okay as if wasn't a huge deal, but she already knew it was my first time so it would have been a win to let me upgrade my fry (I would have paid for the bigger size that isn't the point). Then my fries came out a few minutes before my sandwich which seemed odd. Why not call them together? Overall the food was good, but for a first time customer I was not impressed with the experience side of things. Also $17 for a sub, small fry, and a drink is a lot for the experience I had.

It devastates me that there isn't a Which Wich in my home town. Every time my partner and I make the trip to Madison to see our friends, we know we have to stop in Sun Prarie for Which Wich. The atmosphere is fun and clean with yellow decor and a wall filled with doodles from customers. The employees are helpful and kind and make the whole process stress-free! And not to mention that by far this is the best sandwich place I have ever been to. Their speciality sandwiches are delicious and never disappoint! I always get their BLT or the veggie sandwich, but my partner absolute loves their meaty and cheesy options. 15/10, please come to Appleton!

Let them know it was our first time. There was no explanation of what to do. We did figure that part out. Filled out the bag walked to the register. Paid for our food. We followed suit and went to sit at a table proceeded to wait for our order. Seen another family sit down after us with there cups and my husband said she didn't give me my cup. He said he filled out for one cup and one fry on the bag. So I walked up and asked for his cup she asked what size he ordered I just asked if you could look at the bag. She told someone else to just give us a large cup. I then gave the cup to my husband he went and got the drink. And we proceeded to wait for our food after waiting over 10 mins he said he couldn't get reception and said he was going out to the car and I proceded to wait as our food still wasn't done. Many people were walking up to the window to look at the names on the bag, myself included because no one was saying the names loud enough for anyone to hear. After about a total of 30 minutes our food finally hit the window. But the fries were missing. So an additional 3 mins and I was out the door. Getting to the car I was excited to taste this 13 and 17 dollar sub. It was probably the worst amount and quality of food for the amount of money. I truly feel I would have got a better sub at McDonald's. I myself will not find myself eating here again. It was a horrible first time expirence, the food wasn't worth the money, the length of time I spent waiting for it and it wasn't really busy, they had for people and maybe 25 people, but about half already had their subs before we even placed our order. And my husband's sandwich was supposed to have peppers on it as we both ordered the Philly, it didn't. After all that it's a no for me.
