Peppercrust

I was just there tonight, food was delicious, ambience is delightful, service is impeccable. Everything I ordered was delicious, fresh, steaming hot, literally like home cooked freshness with a high-class quality of taste. Service was extremely fast and very professional. I saw that everyone with my party enjoyed their food very much as well. The place was full, and all I saw was smiles from all the other customers. This place is definitely the place to go, I am sure you will all agree after visiting Peppercrust.

What an amazing experience!! The food was absolutely delicious! I have never had such good pulled beef sliders. Every bite bursted with texture and flavor. The crispy beef was also something special! I would even come back just for a scoop of this insanely delicious pistachio ice cream. Pleasant atmosphere and excellent customer service. Highly recommended!!!

Wow what a classy and great restaurant. Service was amazing. Waitress spent time explaining, recommending and checking in on us. Food was great!!! Steak was perfectly grilled and well marbleized. All the food was top of the line 'chef style' dishes. I highly recommend this place if you are passing through Monsey.

Took 10 min for us to be approached by a waiter to order. No water etc. asked for water, they didn’t bring it, only at end of meal. Appetizers tasted like it was refrigerated and not fresh. (Rice was cold and dry etc) We ordered a rib eye and it was very soft but extremely bland. No flavor. We told the waiter about it but he shrugged it off. Drinks were delicious. Dessert was good.

Food was excellent. Service however was extremely poor. We waited an hour for our check. There was no excuse for this, it wasn't busy. I asked twice for the check and the waitress was standing at the front of the restaurant talking. And we kept waiting. I was going to leave a 5% tip, to demonstrate my displeasure at the unprofessional display, but the tip was already in the bill. And the bill was $282. Don't go there.
