When we arrived to get food here we were expecting the regular great service that we normally have at KFC food chains, unfortunately this happened to be one of the rudest drive thru encounters we have had in Florida. The staff member seemed upset with us for being there. Unsure what was going on in their life to treat another person so poorly, we hope they find happiness and can treat others with kindness from this point forward!

I ordered a chicken pot pie. I was so surprised and disappointed that this pot pie only had about 3 small slivers of chicken in it, surrounded by big cuts of potatoes, carrots and too many peas. I would have taken it back if I hadn't made it home to Jupiter. I will not order a potpie from this KFC again. The other order was chicken tenders and my sisters said they were ok. Update for April 15, 2022: I ordered a 2pc chicken meal. It was ok. However, I noticed they had voided coupons that were posted in the restaurant. These coupons were for 6/1/22 - 8/31/22. Why are these coupons voided when June isn't here yet?

I am so happy to get home and find my mashed potatoes and gravy dumped out inside my bag and all of my food covered. I was also happy to see that they messed up the different types of chicken I asked for, but they had such a rude attitude and I never would have guessed it would be right. Congratulations on such a horrible staff, thanks for the experience.

First word that comes to mind when dining at this location "disgusting". This restaurant needs to get its stuff together. This store has extremely poor management and obvious neglect for food safety. Ordered one item some nights ago; A famous bowl with no corn, a simple easily made order. While I was paying for my meal the cashier screams to her coworker (who was dancing around and listening to music while mopping) to make the food. He drops the mop and starts making my food... now here comes the worst part. NO GLOVES!!! I don't know where he has been with that mop. He could have been cleaning the bathroom before making my food. HE DIDN'T EVEN WASH HIS HANDS. After all that was done and I got my "meal", I finally open it to discover it has corn.
