I am rating KFC mainly for the staff service. I tried to pay with Google pay but it didn't work and I had no other means of paying. I had just taken my insulin and needed to eat. Hearing this, the staff member paid for my meal herself. I have contacted KFC to inform them of her excellent service.

As well know, kfc foods quality has dropped significantly over the years. I’ve had bad orders from them, especially delivery. One time I had all my food just thrown into one bag like the worker couldn’t be bothered. Eating inside the restaurant, when it’s quiet obviously it’s fine but during the days there’s always those gobby, loud, delinquent teens and it ruins the atmosphere. Can’t go wrong with the hot wings or wraps though.

So we go too Strood for a few hours and wanted a KFC. So I ordered a Zinger Tower Bix meals with a chicken drumstick and beans. Well when it arrived it was hot and looked good then I started eating and was delighted with what I had ordered. It was a great price and most certainly was filling and just right amount of food. This is the only fast food outlet that you order a meal and after you have eaten your meal you are full up. Well I was anyway and that is rare for me. Certainly wlbe using KFC more than any others in the future.
