I come here almost every morning and they are so inconsistent with my orders. I always order a lg hot caramel latte. For almost $4 you'd think you'd get a full cup of coffee. I just got to work and went to drink my coffee and noticed it felt light. Cup is all foam and next to no coffee. If there was another coffee place on my way to work, I'd stop going here. The one by route 8 is so much better.

I've had better from this location. There was no rush this morning, yet they missed the mark. Iced hazelnut latte with no flavor and all ice. Not quite sure what I paid for.

The employees at this Dunkin Donuts were Nice and amazing but the manager on duty this morning was mean to all employees and all customers through my food across the counter at me was cussing at her employees not being very professional at all that managers should be fired on the spot

Consistently get my order wrong. I specifically ask every time for sugar free vanilla shot with cream and 4 Splenda and they end up putting either vanilla swirl or sugar. I’m diabetic and this screws my blood sugar up for the next few hours. It shouldn’t be this hard to follow basic instructions but I suppose I’ll just stop coming.

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. Today, my family stopped on our way out of town. The service was fast to give us the wrong order. Not once, but twice. We ordered 5 donuts, and gave us 6 wrong ones. On top of that, they gave us expired chocolate milk. I will say, they did attempt to fix the order, only to give us the wrong order again. The service was very unfriendly, and argued with us about the wrong order. Overall, I would go somewhere else.
