Proportion Cafe

I just ordered from this place, I used to go to proportions all the time to get my salads, or meals before this place came around. I’m not too sure if they changed things around or if they updated the place but it’s exactly like proportions! The salads were absolutely delicious, and the size portions were massive! Can’t get any better than this place, it’s a little costly but it’s worth it for its size and quality! It’s super fresh, and I love how they give you a lot of options when it comes to toppings making it gluten free, and vegan friendly! I highly recommend!

Low key spot with very good food and friendly staff! Generous with their portions as well. I have yet to leave unsatisfied with the price to meal ratio. Extremely friendly for dietary restrictions and has plenty of options to satisfy anyone's flavor pallet. Recommend dropping by and giving them a try!

Love this place! My favorite local spot to grab lunch. I’m vegan and was happy to see a vegan specific wrap, dessert, and smoothie, but there are plenty of options that can easily be modified. The salad portions are huge. There’s even a soft serve Oreo ice cream dessert. The service can be slow sometimes, but they’re always friendly.

Yesterday my mom suggested going to Supreme Salads in Stony Brook for lunch. I wasn't to thrilled about the idea since I didn't feel a salad would fill me up. Even when we pulled up to the location the store looked small and I didn't think I would like it, boy was I wrong! This place is fabulous!!! The store is very big. It is long and even has seating. The store is very clean and offers a variety of salads to choose from, including a build your own salad, panini's, even protein drinks. This store has everything you can ask for and more. I chose the build your own salad, priced at $12.49. Don't let the price scare you, the salad was huge and more than I could eat in one sitting. It filled me up, something that never happens to me when it comes to a salad. The build you salad let's you choose up to 5 different basic toppings, there's a small charge if you want more. I never saw such a big list of foods to choose from when ordering a salad. You can even pick your own lettuce; romaine, iceberg, spinach, arcadia mix, kale, or argula. They even have premium and supreme toppings or protein meats , grilled chicken, steak, tofu, and shrimp. I was thrilled. I ordered my salad and the girl chopped up the salad for me at no additional charge and added the dressing. Note- most restaurants charge more to chop your salad and 23 different choices of dressing to choose from. There is something for everyone. The salad was absolutely fresh and delicious. This is the place to go if you want to eat healthy. I just recently started seeing a nutritionist and can't wait to my next visit just to tell her about this place. I found Heaven on Earth. This establishment also has large canvass type posters all along the wall which displays different foods explaining why that food would be a good food choice to put in your salad by listing the benefits, vitimans, and minerals. I wish I discovered Supreme Salads sooner, I will be a return customer.

Absolutely delicious. Everything felt fresh and was very tasty. I’ve been twice so far. Once, I got a custom salad that was a really nice size and yummy, albeit on the expensive side (but fair). Second time, I got a Mediterranean wrap that I can’t stop thinking about! I’ll definitely be back. Also, everyone working there was very kind!

I give this place 10/10 so you gotta get here to try it out! And when you come ask Alex or Courtney to help you and I guarantee they won’t disappoint. I had a spicy Caesar wrap on the habanero cheddar wrap and I could eat it 3x a day. This is the #1 spot for the post-workout meal. Trust me you’ll thank me later.
