These employees should consider drinking the coffee they make. No one is ever in a hurry to get anything done. I've been the only one in the store and ordered a coffee and a donut, and somehow that still took 7 minutes. I understand times are tough and most everyone is short-staffed. But not a single person seems to be under any type of pressure to fulfill orders

Absolutely terrible for this location only have 1 person working. You can see the lady is overwhelmed with online orders and walk in orders. The wait for a simple order of cold brew and 2 donuts took over 45 minutes to get in and get out. We were all consistently told to hold on we got it but still this is supposed to be a quick transaction not a 45 minute process. Might want to skip coming to this location

I used to love coming to this location, but the service has become so incompetent it’s unbearable to even think of going back to this location. I had ordered my food online at 7:58 am. I understand food takes time to make, so I’m patient. I walk in to grab my order and it was ready, except my coffee was not with my order. The way this place has its layout is they place all the online orders right by the entrance for easy access. I see my name on my food, I grab it and begin to wait for my coffee. I see 3 people come in and make orders and leave with their food AND coffee order. So I begin to become a bit questioning, and when I asked the lady where my coffee was I was waiting on she just pointed to the guy next to her and said “he’s making it” in a rather frustrated manner. I look at the guy and he just continues walking around aimlessly, sometimes he’s by the donuts sorting donuts, sometimes he’s in the back making some order, and sometimes he’s just randomly wiping something down (I know this because I was inside for 15 minutes waiting on my online order). Another person walks in from the back and he looks at me and asks what I’m waiting for, and I tell him my coffee that is with this order, for which I proceed to shown the tag on my bag of food. The coffee was already made and he just handed it to me, mind you this coffee was made prior to me even walking in, and now the coffee is cold due to it just sitting for 15 minutes behind the counter. I will never be coming back to this location again, as this is the 5th time some weird thing like this has happened to me here. I hate writing bad reviews but after 5 times, I’m just fed up.

Ordered 3 coffees and a sandwich through Doordash. They put all of my coffees in one bag, no dividers, and the sandwich on top of them. Coffee everywhere, sandwich soaked. I can’t even be mad at the dasher because who on earth packs coffee like this! You need to take tips from Starbucks or mcdonalds!

Worst dunkin experience I've ever had. Ordered a caramel cold brew with almond milk and no cream due to my lactose intolerance. They gave me salted caramel and cream. Also the old fashion donut I had tasted like it was two days old. I threw everything away. The guy working there looked like he was on 2 hours of sleep, wearing a dirty hoody and didn't even talk to me when I walked up to the counter... I'm speechless. I'd rather interface with a vending machine than go through that again...

Had such a terrible experience at this location. Very unprofessional employees that are hired. I got to this location at 5:45pm not knowing they close at 6:00pm. The employee, Arandeep, looked absolutely miserable and it felt that he didn’t want to talk. He closed the cash register at 5:45, whereas they close at 6:00. He had such an attitude, rude responses and was overall grumpy. We left without buying anything as he said he’s also closed everything and can’t help us. His customer service was a combination of lazy, ignorant and pathetic. I’ve never went back. Horrible location!

Dunkin' Donuts located in Oakbrook is your typical donut shop in Herndon, but in a smaller scale. Located on the corner property in Oakgrove. Not an ideal location when you consider the Wawa across the street with had pumps. However, the Dunkin' Donuts coffee, breakfast made to order and donuts keeps a small contingency of customers happy. No waiting on line here to get your order. I ordered the sourdough breakfast sandwich and a jelly donut, which surprisingly didn't take long to receive after placing the order. The store was staffed with only the people at the time, but it was quick. Ideally, it attitude been nice if the staff was slightly friendly instead of indifferent. In any case, the did was good and I was glad to get out of the rain to purchase from this location.
