Burger 21

I had ordered Burger 21 a couple of times at work and was surprised by how good it was. After dining in for the first time, I had to leave a review because of how exceptional the burger was. I think plenty better than Shake Shack, Five Guys, or any other chain around here. Their patties are thick and oozing with juice. At the same time, they have a nice crust. Deep, savory, beefiness. You can choose the temperature and I got mine medium with lettuce wrap instead of bun. They choose the perfect combination of stocky and light lettuce leaves, which is great for crunch and structure. It was probably closer to medium rare, but I didnt mind. Wanted to keep it light, so just got one double. Great delivered, amazing in person.

This was delicious! I got a Monterey Chicken Sandwich and my friend got the Bacon Cheesy Sliders. Also we got half and half of sweet potato fries and onion rings. Mommy sandwich was AMAZING so juicy and all the flavors came together really well. The sliders were apparently alright but nothing to write home about. The sweet potato fries and onion rings were 10/10 so delicious and make sure you get a couple sauces to try out and dip stuff in. We tried the apple cider, marshmallow, (actually tastes like it’s name) 21 sauce, and chipotle Mayo. I would definitely recommend if you’re craving a good sandwich or burger!

The manager is very accommodating and helpful. I’ve only gone to this location a few times but have always been met with good service up at the register as well as the people bussing and bringing food. Cheesy Wednesday there’s a deal for a cheeseburger with fries for $10 so this is my regular Wednesday lunch! Food is amazing and fresh and fries always delicious!

Employee of the year: Alex. This man brings a vibe to the restaurant like no other. You could be down in the dumpster feels but this man can light up your day like a comet in the empty vastness of space. Now onto the food, espectacular, props to the chefs in the kitchen making the magic happen. The burgers were well prepared and cooked to perfection. Now, I don't know what company is supplying y'all with the sauces but please keep getting them. Great stuff, if you haven't been yet then what are you doing? Get your burgers at burger 21 right now. Had to take one star out for one particular employee that doesn't seem to put her heart into the job but she was the only outlier, everyone else was cheerful, gentle, and respectful!
