Creams

Very nice restaurant for ice creams and more. Air conditioning works very well. Six people behind the bar giving a very good service to customers. They ask if you have any allergies and explained what the ice creams are contained. Clean tables and toilets. Near the high street and the river Thames. Very recommended.

I went to Creams with my family yesterday. I absolutely loved the hospitality and the service they gave us. Special thanks to Adina for treating us so well. I had their Banana and strawberry waffle, the portion size was generous, presentation was spot on and service was outstanding. Absolutely loved it ♥️♥️ Will defiantly be going again ♥️♥️

Delicious milkshakes, The Bueno one is amazing!! We had the Chocoaholic crepe and it was dilicious. The only reason I can't give 5 stars is because one of the people I was with had a very salty crepe? (And it was the same toppings as the rest of us) Not sure if the wrong ingredient was put in. Other than that food and milkshakes were delicious.

Brilliant customer service from Anastasia. She looked over at us as soon as we can in and sat us down promptly, she didn’t point at a tables like others have done to seat people. She always had a smile and made her best effort to get our order right. She served us on another till to make our service quicker rather than make us wait for the other. All of this while making orders and keeping the waits for them all low. Thank you will be returning purely for Anastasia

The restaurant is very nicely designed with American diner booths dotted around. Great place for a date or a group of friends. Just be weary that people bring there kids in and all that sugar really makes them wild. So noise is defiantly a factor. The food intiself fantastic. Its not to hard to make good food when it's deserts but the pancakes pained with a rolo milkshake incredible. I had to take an actual pause after my first sip of the shake. Just be warned it is on thr expensive side of things. Be prepared to pay the £6 somthing for a milkshake. But defiantly worth it if only once. The only let down was the staff. Very competent and service was fast. But as soon as we came in you got the defiantly feeling that we were not welcome and we may be challenged to a knife fight. Perhaps we had just disturbed a particular quite period for them as it was empty when we got in. Defiantly visit creames if your in the area. Perhaps staff this time were just having an off day.

Perfect place for a cheat day to be in. They make delicious crepes. My favourites are red valvet burrito and crepe royale. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Their sundaes collection is great but its too big and sweet so not good if you are deit conscious. I would like to have a smaller less sweet sundae as an option.
