very poor and rude customer service from the lady who takes order. i got blunt answers and she kept cutting off arrogantly. i left without ordering anything. sad since i love their zinger burger.

They were super rude super mean they gave me the wrong order and blamed it on me. I came to order another time they kicked me out of the line I Believe the reason why because I am a Muslim. and the lady was basically screaming. as well the cashier would not recommend if there was zero instead of one I would put a zero

Soooo like a lot of places, they just seem understaffed, I could be wrong, but it's been a lot better then it has been this year, but I still love the staff they have and this location ❤ 💙

Regular customer and ordered 12 tenders got home only 10 small dried up tenders large fries were definitely reheated old fries mostly burned come on guys we always come for tender you know me!!!!

Use to be one of the worst KFC In st john's but now they are one of the best. Their chicken have improved massively no longer overly greasy and dry but is now crispy and moist and the gravy has that full peppery taste back again like they use to full of flavor . They taste like the old kfc again. Would recommend giving this location another chance in the avalonmall.
