Travelled here to have my bra measured and within 15 minutes I was done! I was extremely happy with the service I received. I was assisted by a member of staff called Linda if I can recall correctly and her customer service was 10/10. Very bubbly woman with a great smile and clearly knows what she's doing. She measured me within no time and recommended me two amazing bras as well as some great advice. Deme another member of staff who was there was just as lovely and both together gave me some insightful advice on the correct sizing and what to look for. They were both absolutely amazing!

I had a wonderful experience at a bra fitting with Deme. Deme was incredibly nice, professional, and prompt with measuring and selecting bras to try. She knew exactly what I wanted (and needed) for the girls. She even guessed my size - and hit the nail on the head! If you need to be sized for a bra, the St. Albans M&S store is the place to do it.

Always friendly and helpful staff here, especially in the clothing section upstairs. The disgusting service received from "Martin" who amazingly is a manager at M&S Stevenage was put right by the good staff here at St Alban's. They refunded my T shirt immediately as it was faulty, explaining that I did not need my receipt as the Garment was faulty. Thank you very much for the help, and may I suggest that this " Martin" so called manager from Stevenage comes to St Alban's for some customer relations training. Well done St Alban's.

Always great being able to browse through the latest clothing and shoes in store whilst food shopping. Fantastic meal deal offers in store too. I have purchased flowers and plants several times as gifts for others and there's always a splendid selection. The online flowers are beautiful. I just got a bunch today from a friend and it really made my day. Amazing packaging too. Highly recommend M&S flowers for a truly wonderful gift.

Big store very clean lots of products easy to park. Staff seem very happy always helpful. Many reviews on here seem to relate to employees not wearing masks..... As someone who also does not wear a mask I would like to say St Albans education system must be shameful as most reviewers do not understand that there are reasons for why people do not wear them.... Equality act of 2010 revised 2012 makes it illegal for you to discriminate by asking why they are not wearing a mask. Please be polite to staff if they was not there you would not have a shop to even complain about.!!!!!! 10/10 marks and spencer
