I got a Large Caramel Iced Coffee today and I took a few sips and this HAIR WITH GUNKY STUFF COVERING IT came up my straw. I am absolutely disgusted and will NEVER give them my service there again. I cannot get over how gross it was.

The manager that goes by “giggles” is very rude. I was ordering at counter and she gave me attitude about my order. Meanwhile, waiting for my food I overheard her talking bad about her employees. She shouldn’t be a manager if they want to give a “positive” environment. Will not be coming back.

Food was cold. The cheese on the burger wasn't melted cold. Chicken nuggets and frys tasted like they was cooked hours before they was served. Definitely a waste of money.

They have wonderful employees (especially my daughter lol). Food has always been good, occasionally a little salty. My only complaint is that it's SO much more expensive than it used to be.

DISGUSTING!! we ordered a double quarter pounder with only ketchup and it was GREESY af and had everything on it. so we went back and told them it was wrong and the second one WAS FULL OF GREESE and wouldn’t even stay in the buns. horrible and tasted like feet.
