Chipotle

WORST. CHIPOTLE. EVER This place never, and I mean never gets the order right. I’m a first responder near by and always place an order for pickup or delivery. This place never fails to mess up the order. I paid for a burrito bowl with double chicken, black beans, and vegetables. I got 6 small cubes of chicken, no beans, no vegetables, and a pound and a half of cheese. I posted a picture with this review so you can see what their version of double chicken looks like. The chips are usually stale and when you call them, no one picks up! Not to mention I know three co-workers that have gotten sick from eating at this place. Today, I took a chance since the last incident was over a month ago and nope! Failed again. Chipotle is a great brand, however, this specific location avoid at all costs.

I have eaten at this extremely popular location for dinner 2x and lunch 1x and wish I could send this review directly to the Chiplote top brass. The well trained, managed and dedicated staff at this Springfield location is literally on the the frontline of the Chipotle craze with seemingly constant demand from walk in and online orders. I believe that because of the above the meals are fresher and better prepared than any other Chipotle I’ve ever been to in a decade (I think) Hands down best experience since my first in Bridgewater Mall is why I enjoy eating at this location. I was upset that I couldn’t leave a tip when I checked out! Chipotle - Please support and reward this location as best you can because they must be one of your most profitable and I don’t want anyone or anything to change :)

This Chipotle is so poorly ran when you are ordering to go. They are consistently 20 to 30 mins behind the targeting time. The people preparing the to go area are angry because they are always being asked about timing of food. My recommendation is to order when you get there through the normal line. You will be in and out using that method. You can't switch when you get there so you just watch people come in and out through the normal line. I wish ownership would improve. I been to other locations that are much better.

I always order through the app, and even if I order to pick up 30 minutes before I’ll be there, the order still isn’t ready. I also ordered online today and got it on time for once, but I ordered a quesadilla with guacamole, sour cream, and salsa. No salsa at all and nothing to replace it, just an empty section where a side should have been.
