There was an incident with premium food delivery (not KFC’s fault). The manager Heather went above and beyond to correct the issue whenever it wasn’t even her fault. Her costumer service & problem solving skills are outstanding. She is an amazing manger & truly cared about the issue I was facing. She made sure ya girl got her chicken! 😂 🍗 ! Thank you heather for helping me!

OMG!!! ABSOLUTELY THE NASTIEST CHICKEN EVER!!! my order was wrong I didn't get everything I ordered, the chicken wings were dripping grease, my lemonade was hot (only two slivers of ice), and the customer service was a joke! so rude! Will never be back and will recommend road kill before this place!!! DISGUSTING!!!

So my dad and I went to order a 16 piece meal and three extra sides because I have a large family. The order was $53 but the cashier told us to wait as she thought she could get us what we wanted, cheaper. She ended up reworking our meal and saving us $6. Then she double-checked our bag to make sure everything was there. KFC is good chicken and the biscuits are excellent but the service is outstanding.

This is by far my favorite KFC!!! The Chicken is always great and the Service is usually to. Last time I was a bit disappointed..approaching the counter, to place our order, we asked the young lady working to clean up the mess on the counter..she just looked at us like we were Aliens and just ignored our request. Then she proceeded to place our order directly into the sticky mess that covered most of the counter..I wasn't impressed, as she seemed a little stand offish..but the Chicken did not disappoint..still the best around!!
