Absolutely amazing!! We brought in 52 people and they served us and had us out in less the 45 mins!! They were on top of their game completely!! We had Absolutely no messed up orders and had us served sooo quickly!! Absolutely unbelievable!! Way to go yall! Keep up the great service and friendliness it makes a difference!! What a joke this place is: told at the drive thru no service unless you order online. No one plans a spontaneous carb binge and many have no online access. Dunkin' can 'ok boomers it's way to bankruptcy...who do they think their customers are? Good way to go out of business.

Today must be an off day for them. Gave me the wrong donuts I had to pull forward and wait and they brought me the wrong donuts again..
Normally I get what I order.. male manager moves a little bit too fast and does not listen to the customer that's them all while they're talking.

My girlfriend came at approximately 6:00AM today and was told that you all weren't ready yet. Your Google says you open at 5am. So, you gotta figure something out here

There were out of something for their new cold foam thing, so I don't even really know if I had the new thing at all or not. The coffee was still good.

Their Vanilla Chai Latte is WONDERFUL!
There isn't another Dunkin' Donuts in the area, so Springfield got lucky.
It's so funny that out of all the places in town, they chose to put their store DIRECTLY NEXT to Schuler's Bakery. At first I thought that they were being pretentious, but you've got to give them credit. Plus, they don't have the same items as Schuler's, especially cakes.
I live in a different town, but if I ever get the chance I will definitely go back. They were having a peel off contest when we visited, and I got a free Bagel with cream cheese.
Also, that Vanilla Chai Latte is calling my name.
