Update: the manager called me and did everything he could to make the situation right. Hopefully they were just having a bad day. But I do believe him when he says he wants to work fix this from happening again.

Never had a bad experience at a subway before. But today we got a sandwich with a fly in it.
In addition all the containers had pieces of other stuff in them (bacon slices in the chicken container, olives in the lettuce etc...) which led to getting a couple olives that were not asked for.
Not sure how others have said this place is always “clean”. Plus, if the employee had been even slightly empathetic when I told her what had happened it would have helped. That was not the case. But finding a fly makes me never want to go to a subway again.

Got a steak and cheese sub and the worker had nothing but attitude and then when I ate the sub it was cold on top of the fact it was pretty expensive. This all happened on the night of 9/30

The best Subway in this area! The store area is clean and well kept, the service is fast. The staff members are friendly and knowledgeable.

Stood in a short line for over 20 minutes as the 2 turtles for employees crawled there way around at the most severely sluggish pace and ended up leaving halfway through the line
