Arby's

The food is ready very fast and always excellent quality. We have gone to this Arby's a number of times and always received the correct order. I had one issue where a purchase was over- charged on my credit card. When I contacted them, they fixed it immediately and were very professional and courteous about issuing the refund. There is always someone very pleasant at the drive-up window. Thank you!

I went through the drive thru, so I can't comment on how the place looked inside. They were really quick to get my order out to me though. I think I only waited about 3 min. The guy at the window was a little hard for me to understand, cause he liked to mumble. The food was really good. I had a bacon chicken ranch sandwich turned into a wrap.very good and filling!

Starving to death for lunch we found ourselves in Springfield Oregon, on yet another road trip. Not a lot of places to eat, familiar establishments to say the least, but we ran into trusted Arby's and rolled right in. They had a fantastic roast beef melt three for $7 and change and the wife grabbed her trustee double roast beef sandwich. What was perplexing was the beef had a strange taste to it, some weird seasoning, and to me it tasted like the beef was soaked in and as you, meat was still tasty but it had this weird aftertaste. The reason for these comments and concern is the wife didn't even finish half of her sandwich and called it quits. That never never never never happens man! Something is amiss.....

I was the only person in the lobby. I waited 5 minutes before being greeted by the cashier. It took another 5 for them to be ready for order taking. I did not feel welcomed as the duties were more important than the guest. After parking a car the cashier went out to deliver it. I saw her vaping on her way in. Appalling. I threw half my food out and left upset. On the plus side the seasoned curly fries were fresh and delicious. I doubt I will be eating at this Arby's ever again.

We came here for a work lunch. I decided to try the new Mac & cheese along with a sandwich. I stirred the Mac & cheese as requested on the lid and put the top back on for 30 sec. Everything that had been in the center was cold. I took it back to the counter and asked if they could heat it longer. The employee treated me like a child and told me I needed to stir it. I said that I had. The said they weren't allowed to reheat it and had to give me a new one. I asked for them to heat it longer than the first time. When I got it, it was just as cold as the first time. Our lunch was half over, so I decided not to go back to the counter. I guess they don't realize that underheated food grows bacteria and can make you sick! Since I was working, I had no way to refrigerate it, so it went in the garbage. I will not go back to this Arby's. Obviously the staff has not been trained properly in food safety or courtesy.
