Ordered penne alla vodka and this white sauce cheesy slathered mess came. Manager says he's been making it that way for 19 years. Thinks that's how it's made. That he doesn't care that Google says otherwise. He is unknowingly making and selling white sauce a la vodka but advertising it as penne a la vodka with a picture of penne a la vodka in red sauce in his menu and website. Idiot. The manager starts demanding I give his food back he probably thinks I ate it already and am trying to get a free meal. I wouldn't eat this imposter "penne a la vodka" if it were free. Sure buddy every other restaurant in the world is making penne a la vodka wrong except you. Give me my refund.

Pizza Choice is a small pizza shop on State Street in Springfield Massachusetts. They offer similar fare as other places. They do a decent job. I have never had a bad experience here. There is currently no seating with the pandemic. And masks are required. Prior to the pandemic they had a table or 2. This trip we had a half Clams Casino half Pepperoni pizza, garlic bread with cheese, and chicken wings with mild buffalo sauce. All in all it was good!!

This is the closest thing to a new york pizza in Mass. The perfect slice. If you want it crispy just ask for it well done. They remember how you like your pizza when you order frequently. This place is a must for pizza lovers. It's hard not to order multiple times a week. Forget about Pizza Jerks in the FOREST PARK area. No need to deal with rude telephone calls, and unanswered phone calls during times of business. Pizza choice is the place for excellent customer service and the perfect slice of pizza.

There grinders (subs) are the worst i ever had whoever answered the phone i specifically said can u have whoever makes the sandwiches make mine like nice and neat and good so that we come back it was horrible on top of that when u make an omelet it's supposed to be yellow not brown and crusty anyone i know says let's try Pizza Choice I will actually convince them to another spot it was completely nasty!

I usually love this place. Bit the grinders never arrive at the right temp. When you bring it to their attention, they act like you've done something. No refund, no apology, no solution. Sad, because we patronize them hard, for close to 15 years.

I can't believe this, I just called asking for delivery and I wanted a medium pizza with some fries. They left the phone down and when they picked the phone back up they kept asking me the same question over again. That's disrespectful to everyone who does this job.

Pizza was dropped. We called in and they even had me send pictures of the pizza and did nothing to rectify the situation. They said they would make the driver pay for the pizza and we had to send them back the pizza that the children had already taken some corner slices from, so they said they would do nothing since there were slices missing. The crust was literally paper thin as u can see in photos.
