Dunkin'

Pulled up to the drive thru. Wait through 2 minutes of silence. Then the guy says he'll be right with us in a minute. Ok. We wait 5 more minutes. Still nothing. Finally we gave up and drove away because no one was taking our order. Btw we were the only car in the drive thru and there were no cars in the parking lot aside from one guy getting gas. So they weren't remotely busy.

I rarely go to this Dunkin Donuts- as I try to avoid them often. Half the time staff is either rude and do the bare minimum and the other half are so polite but still do the very bare minimum. No matter when I go- my order is always wrong. After a while this becomes a problem. I know people make mistakes, and realistically I would be a little more understanding if I had more complicated orders, or I ordered a lot- but at a certain point- enough is enough. If I order a toasted cinnamon bagel with plain cream cheese- why am I getting an untoasted plain bagel with no cream cheese? If I order a chocolate sprinkled donut- why am I getting a plain glazed donut? I think what's most frustrating is that you can't even correct your order. When you go through the drive thru- they act annoyed if you "hold" up the line (there never is a line) to check your order and if they get it wrong, instead of acknowledging it and correcting it- they blame you. Like at the last minute you some how changed your order. Honestly, I think staff needs to learn more about customer service. It's true some customers can be over the top- but what about the ones that just want what they paid for?

Go here every morning 5 days a week and have to stop and check my order before I leave because more than half of the time both my food and coffee is wrong. Incompetent people working this location, one of the ladies over the speaker didn't know what pistachio was, much less how to pronounce it (supashi-somethin). I like Dunkin for my breakfast, wish there was a better one on my morning commute.
