Panda Express

An employee Jenna A was serving food and Jaylika another employee who is not a manager interfered and disrespected both the serving employee and argued with the customer where she has no business and even tried to mislead! and ended up messing up the experience. While what she did may or may not be correct the way she did is totally disrespectful and unprofessional. I have been visiting panda express from 2004. I am a regular customer but very disappointed with this experience. The food is actually 5 star but one bad employee makes all the difference

Put in an order for 3 people in the car 45 mins before closing. The lady running the drive thru (LJ, super nice!) told us it would be a 20 minute wait and offered us 3 drinks for our wait which we appreciated. She took our order, but then her manager, Tricia, said we could only have one SMALL (she emphasized SMALL, was within sight of the window when she said it) drink to share and made LJ tell us. Made us buy two more drinks so we could all have something to drink. Poor service and made her employee do her dirty work, shame. We'll go to the store across town next time. PS - then the poor lady was locked out of the store when she came out to bring us the food and had to wait for the manager to come let her in :(

I went to panda express at 8:40 and they were supposed to close at 9:30. I pull up to the window and the girl said they were closed but were taking door dash orders.THIS ISN'T RIGHT AT ALL ,you can't close when you want to unless its something wrong witch it isn't since they were doing door dash. Now don't get it wrong I work at a fast food restaurant and I understand how hard it is with orders BUT WE WOULD NEVER BE ALOUD TO DENY ORDERS OF WE ARE NOT EVEN CLOSED something gotta change.

Today before going to work at 2:20pm I stopped at Panda Express on Wabash here in Springfield IL, it took one half hour to get 6 cars in front of me thru the line...7 cars total including my car.. After ordering they had no walnut shrimp persuading me to buy something else bcuz the shrimp would take 7 minutes to cook, I said I will wait, she said "7 minutes mark my words" I waited 15 minutes!! Made me almost late to work... After I got to work my 2 eggrolls were burnt, dried up & tough chewing, they were not fresh at all!! AND...my walnut shrimp had NO WALNUTS, not even one walnut.. Then I tried calling both Panda Express's the phone messge at both restaurants said, " not answering the phone right now & it hangs up on you" What kind of service is this?? Now I have to go all the way back tomorrow to complain... Why cant people do their jobs correctly, they are getting paid to work correctly!!! Upset customer!!! I want to push "0 stars" seriously!!! Ughhhh!!! 🙄😖
