Hooters

Arrived at 8:08 and was seated promptly. The waitresses took our drink order and then forgot about us. We had to find her 15 minutes later to check for our drinks and order our food. In the meantime, people arrived at the table next to us, and their waitress took their order and brought their drinks. 35 minutes later, we left without a drink, food, or even a glass of water.

Ordered 60 wings for super bowl to be picked up at 4pm. Arrived at 4 to several others waiting for their pick up order. I sat down with the others and asked them what time their order was to be ready. The little girl server (Hailey) working the pick up table stated, “hon, you saw the list of people with orders that was our call center that told you 4”. I replied, “no hon I ordered from the app and indicated 4 on my order”. I then stated that this happens every time to us at this location and Hailey commented back, “so?” I then went over and asked her name (at this point I did not know it) so I could make sure to let corporate know as she refused to give it to me. The manager then came out and I told him what happened and he asked her to give me her name. She smiled and shook her head no. Her co-worker then called her Hailey. We have always had to wait at this Hooters. Thought we would give it smother chance snd can tell there are no improvements. Sad thing is it’s super bowl Sunday at 4:30 (time we finally got our wings) and there was only 1 table with people and 3 guys at the bar. That should be a true testament! Won’t be back for sure! Rude servers and the manager could care less. The best part…..the employees has pizza delivered at 4:15!

First time back in a very long time. Last time in was very disappointing. This time food and service were much better. Our waitress was very attentive and quickly fixed an issue we had. The only reason this is not a 5 star review were the other waitresses. A lot of them were cussing within earshot of my table and it seemed like the management didn't care. So while I may not dine in again anytime soon I would consider getting the food to go. Just a warning of what you may encounter at this location should you eat in.

After waiting for 15 minutes to be acknowledged by a server, they switched the server because another table requested her. The new server said my order was in. I then waited another long period of time while my meal sat on the counter. Delivered without tarter sauce or the requested mustard, I had to wait a third time before I could eat. By then the sandwich was no longer hot and not very good. They do not seem to value solo customers. I had a similar experience last winter.
