Kfc

After numerous mistakes over numerous visits, I will not be back. This last visit they forgot a part of my order, which happens a lot at this location. Since the lobby isn't open I waited in line again. The family meal I ordered is supposed to come with 6 sauces. I got none, no butter or honey either. When I got back to the window I asked for sauces, butter and honey. They gave me tartar sauce and malt vinegar for chicken and no butter or honey. I was not the only person in line who was having order issues. I tried to call up there and no one would pick up the phone. If they don't care about customer service they don't need customers.

I love KFC and this particular one is over an hour away from me but when i cosit a friend i pass it. The PLANT BASED chicken is amazing. Ive had it 2 times and cant wait to have it again. I wish there was a KFC neat me in Buffalo, Missouri hint hint!!! Seriously please keep the PB chicken around for ever!!!! Instill LOVE a good old Bucket of original recipe but having this PB option is amazing

Why the dinning room is closed is beyond me. This is absolutely ridiculous. You cannot order the Long John Silver's menu in the app. You must go through the drive thru. I am in a semi truck and instead of being accommodating at all, the manager insisted I WALK through the drive through. Seriously!? I cannot drive a semi truck through your drive thru. And you want me to risk getting injured by WALKING through with all those cars. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DEAD. So many places I will never give my business to again.

Visited the 240 S W Bypass North, Springfield, MO 65802 location on 12/20/21 at about 4:50 pm. I got home which was 30 minute drive and realized I hadn’t gotten any of my LJS items only my KFC items. I was missing about $15 worth of food. I called the store to explain the situation and ask for a refund and the “GM” Eric told me that he knew who I was and they knew the mistake they made when I drove off and told me I could come back before tomorrow and get My food. I told them that I couldn’t go back due to I live 30 minutes away and that’s a hour there and back and it wasn’t worth it I had to get my kids ready for bed and didn’t have time to do that and asked me a refund to my card. He said “sorry don’t know what to tell you” and that “if I could make it back before close they could remake my food but that’s all they could do for me. So basically they stole money from me. I have a feeling this astonishment only stays afloat y stealing peoples money. Extremely rude staff, disgusting food, ZERO. Customer service experience.

The worst service I have ever received from this place. Stood at the counter for almost 5 minutes before ever being greet by a worker. Then was not even asked what sides I wanted. Then when I finally got my food I had stuff I did not ask for. The wings that where in my bucket qualified as buffalo wings. They where about half the size of any normal wing. Not to mention we did not get our drums. After driving 20 miles back to my house to find out about all this I called to complain about it and the acting manager only had 1 thing to say about it. "What do you expect me to do about it. It's your problem not mine."
