Qdoba Mexican Eats

Had to just walk out mid order. Worst employees I have ever seen. One employee doing prep was steadily working. One lady working disappeared in the middle of lunch with people waiting in line. Took 5 minutes to be acknowledged. Once I was acknowledged and the only guy left on the line started making my order, he noticed they were out of queso. He then very slowly and in some confused manner walked to the back. After a couple minutes I just left and told the people behind me good luck. Don’t waste your time.

This location closed for several months. Prior to closing, the place was always dirty, trash bins overflowing, food caked on the floor, dirty tables etc. They shut down for several months and have since re-opened. So far the place appears to be MUCH cleaner, including the grills. However, the prices have gone up and the serving size has decreased. Paying $11 for a steak bowl and barely getting any steak or rice seems like a rip off. Hopefully the owners take note of complaints similar to mine and make changes.

I ate dinner here with Mom yesterday, before attending a social event with Ronald McDonald House, and I really loved both the food I ordered and the atmosphere. It was peaceful and quiet, only a few people here, at 5:30 on a Thursday. I tried their Cauli-Mash, which is new to their menu, as a side with my Chicken Queso Bowl, and I really enjoyed both.

Went at 2pm, there was 1 other table seated. The whole dining area was a disaster. Not a single clean table. Like piles of beans and rice on the floor, queso and other mystery fluids on all the tables, rice on the window sill. It wasn't busy at all, all 3 workers were standing in the back. Food was ok, chicken wasn't very warm.

Everything here was awesome! The mild Nacho Cheese Dip was great! Their Fajita Veggies were cooked perfect! Chipotlé is always out of Fajita Veggies, Chipotlé Tabasco Sauce & Chips. Their Fajita Veggies are always burnt & swimming in the carcinogens from it... 🤮 Thankfully, Qdoba is sooo much better!!!

The manager of this particular store seriously needs to fire the prep cook. I’ve gone here three times in the last few weeks during lunch and all three times there’s hardly any preps and NO fajita veggies…at all. The staff explains to me that there’s veggies, but they’re not prepped or cooked and the prep cook refuses to make any more. It’s lunch time and you’re out of ingredients because someone just decides they’re not making anymore? Plus staff isn’t sufficiently trained to take over when he decides he’s done working. Bad for business. Other than that, the rest of the staff is terrific and tries to pick up the slack of being understaffed. What is prepped is fresh and my food in generally is tasty.
