Very expensive for lunch. $12 for a bowl of soup and half a sandwich on the pick 2 menu. For those prices I'll go to a sit down restaurant and be waited on. You can get a pick 2 for $10 at Chili's and they serve you at table and take your dishes instead of waiting in a long line at lunch. Mac and cheese sandwich was good and creamy. Just a very small portion and not worth the price.

This place has the coolest vibe. The atmosphere is perfect to get away from the hussel and demands of the day. Or, maybe go there to get focused to face the day. The coffee is good with fast and friendly service. (Here's a message to management: Let those young ladies take that silly mask off so people can see their smile. It's time we move on as a country)

I used to love coming here to get the grilled chicken Caesar salad for lunch. Used to be a great spot at a reasonable price and was one of my weekly go to spots. Came here today with my dad and we both go the “pick two”. A small cup of broccoli cheddar soup and half a sandwich each was $25. I completely understand that prices have increased but that is absurd!

If you're a delivery driver make sure to ask the employees if they have the order. 2 out of 3 orders at Panera today the order was stolen. They didn't even seem to care, just remade it no rush even. I had to just leave because the order was over 20 minutes past pick up. But if you're just an everyday person Panera offers free food just look for their pickup shelf it's always got food on there and they don't seem to care to remake orders either so just take whatever bag you want they don't even watch the shelf either, or question you.

Really do enjoy the food and staff are friendly. Prices just keep going up and up and the only issues I have are the rewards. I continue to grab food there at least twice a week for my family and seems I hardly ever get any rewards or they expire. Would it be possible to increase rewards or at least not expire them before a customer can use them. Thank you

Waited 5 minutes as the only 1 in line at the first cash register to even be acknowledged. I had to force that acknowledgement by walking to the second register where a woman had walked from ignoring me twice on her way to and from to get pastries for the customer at register 2.
I ordered my drinks and she pulled out 2 smalls. I said, may I have 2 larges. In as flat of tone as ever, "Thats not what you asked for." She then gave me my stuff, and I left. The Panera on the other side of town 20x better. Never returning to this one due to service alone.
