Starbucks

For the last month, whether I order online or in person, this location has consistently gotten my very simple order wrong. At first I ignored it but recently I’ve started asking them to remake it. I just don’t understand the problem. I’ve even reached out to customer service about it but still, no change. This stuff is too expensive to just not get what you ordered the first time. I’ll be going to the target up the street from now on.

The worst Starbucks I’ve been ever! I ordered three cups drink and requested cold foam on the top. When I got the drink, there are half cup empty. I don’t know what happened to my drinks. I ask for cold foam NOT AIR! I EVRN DONT WANNA GIVE THIS ONE STAR. I will never come back! I don’t know why they will give customer drinks like this. They don’t feel bad for the half empty cup? Totally disappointed!!

Not liking no chaires to set on. I can understand following CDC COVID guide lines, by having only two tables 15 feet apart for customers to use, but happened to the chaires? However, if Starbucks does not want custmers to stay for while, way have Wi-Fi avaluble? That said, ether just get rid of the two tables and Wi-Fi or provide a place to for a customer to sit. Thanks

I left work for a quick store run, the store was very busy but the cashiers were moving quickly. I ordered 3 drinks, they only gave me two when this older lady called my name. I told her i was waiting for one more (she disregarded my comment), she then turned around to another drink and called a womans name, handed it to her and said im so sorry for the wait; was that all that you ordered? the woman responded and walked away. My third drink came up and the women handed it to me, I asked her for a cup holder because I had 3 drinks ( though she was organizing drinks/ calling names/ handing out orders), she points to the cup holder right next to her and said "you know you can help yourself". The young man named Davon was standing close by, stopped what he was doing to assist me with grabbing anything additional I needed ( straws, napkins and plugs for the hot drinks), he then asked if i needed anything/ told me to have a great day. That made my experience better, though i was not treated liked the previous person picking up, Davon made my experience way better! Thank you =)

There are only 4 tables that can be used for working with a laptop. There are power outlets reachable from three of the tables. There are also 4 bar-style window seats, with a twin power outlet next to the window. I rarely have parking issues. There are 24 parking spots in the front and the side of the store. Even if it gets hard to find a parking spot, you should be able to find a spot if you hang around for a few minutes since most people are getting coffee to go (since there are so few tables!.
