Mcdonald's

Girl manager was too busy on her cell phone to help the obviously new employee at the cash reg. After checking her social media she final turns around to take an order (only 4 other people waiting while employee was having difficulties). Ordered a drink and a pie. Asked for an additional cup for ice. They charge you the price of a drink for a cup for ice. I said keep it and refund. Girl "manager" completely impersonal. No expression on her face the whole time. Guess we were an inconvenience to her being paid to work. Asked who the owner was. "It's on the receipt". You don't know the name of your owner? Points to the sign with the "complaint" # and email on it. She's a very rude individual. Lost a sale over a cup for ice. Ridiculous.this McDonald's gives the brand a bad rep. Sad!

I have NEVER once had a correct order here. Today was my last visit. The manager is an ABSOLUTE jerk. He is rude and so is his staff. Don't dare tell anyone your order is wrong, because the staff here does not understand the concept of customer service. There is never an offer of resolution, just an argument. I can't wait for the self ordering machines. Drugs are bad, kids... The staff there are a prime example of what is wrong with this country. STAY AWAY FROM HERE!

Today 12/10/16 at 1:10 pm I ordered 5 sausage mcmuffins and as I was waiting I was watching one of the women standing there eating on the side where they place the burgers and then she licked her 3 fingers and my mcmuffins were ready and she just grabbed them with that same hand she just licked and put them in bag. Now that is just disgusting. I took my bag and was grossed out, it took me about 5mins before I thought about it but I had to take them back!!! I went back for a refund and told her I saw her eating right there and licking her fingers and touched my food so that's the reason I wanted a refund. Can you all believe she said I just touched the paper that's it. She had an attitude and I told her she shouldn't even be eating in the kitchen in the first place. This all happened in front of the manager also, all she said was sorry. I will never go back to this McDonald's in Walmart Louetta Spring Crossing ever it's gross. And I had to give them 1 star because it won't let you post till you do. They deserve no star

Would rate zero or negative stars if I could. The manager here is a complete ass. Every time I come here he gives me a hard time. Whether he says something or not his attitude is just down right disgusting. You're a manager. I'm sure his employees attitudes bounce off of his. He doesn't Try smile or appear to be enthusiastic about his job one bit. I HATE coming here. I only CAME because it was the closest to my house, but I'd MUCH rather go to the one across from Kroger! They've lost a customer for sure! Tonight I had to wait 12 minutes on a piece of chicken for a salad. Freaking ridiculous. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

If i could give 0 stars i would. Stood at the register for 10 minutes while all the workers continued to cook even when they saw me standing there. One employee said she is making food for her husband before serving anyone else and she still never took my order, someone else did. The lobby that you eat in is a complete disaster, it looks like a tornado came threw and yet no one is doing anything about it.

Horrible I asked for sweet tea the guy said give it about three minutes. I stood there waited for the tea now I'm still waiting for over five minutes . The female manager came from the back came and took the trash from the dining room trash can walked to the back and placed it in the back then said give me a minute I will get the tea .turned on the water let it run on her hands for a second dried her hands. And proceeds to get the tea I said you didn't wash your hands .she began to argue with me I walked out . Nasty nasty !!!!!!!! They are nasty won't go back
