Always, always, always an excellent sandwich and superb customer service.
The one and only time a mistake was made on my order (during a super busy time), when I mentioned it to them the next time Mark went above and beyond—not only making things right, but making it better than right.
I never was a big fan of sandwich shops until I started going to Jersey Mike’s. Now Mike’s Famous Philly (add bacon and extra meat!) is my favorite dinner!

We placed a catering order for a work lunch, and all everyone can talk about is how GREAT the sandwiches came out!!! Not only did the store accommodate us and have our order ready 15 minutes before we initially scheduled our pick up, our food was put together with care.
The gentleman who carried all the boxes out for me( I wish I could remember his name) had EXCEPTIONAL customer service. He was friendly, courteous and set a positive tone in the store....plus I saw him RUN back inside to help with a lunch rush coming in.

Arguably one of the best Jersey Mikes I’ve been to. Came on a Fri around 6:45pm. Incredible service and best sandwich makers honestly. Clean all around. Everything stocked. Very well mannered kids that were def raised right. I enjoyed the music too.

Been here multiple times throughout the years, and never a disappointment. Depending on how I'm feeling, I either buy a sub or a bowl. Bowls are just as delicious, just without the bread!

The food is good. You can tell the quality of the meat is top notch. A little pricey but they put a lot on the sandwich.

Came in today and Mark Thompson and Matthew De Leon made me the best sandwich! They were both handling the crowd efficiently and effectively. The manager Thomas came out and did quality control but saw that Matthew had it covered.
Thanks Guys!! This is why I choose Jersey Mike's over everyone else.

Thomas is an excellent manager, he knows my order by heart, he sticks up for his subordinates, dude is seriously on the ball and i think he needs more recognition for that. 10/10 would come again for Thomas alone.
