Buffalo Run

We went on a Friday night to see the Hit-n-Run band. The atmosphere at Buffalo Run was energizing. Our waitress (I did not get the spelling of her name, but it sounded like Iealia) was new to her position. She was very upbeat and excited about her job. We placed a drink and appetizer order with her. Even though there was a large crowd, we received our food,,, nachos and sweet potato fries in a short period of time. The portions were large, though most of the chips on the bottom of the nachos dish had nothing of them. I ended up taking 1/2 of the dish home. As our waitress was in training, we ended up being checked on by her and her training partner all night. Since I wanted some dessert, I put in an order for Peach Cobbler. Luckily, my husband was too full on nachos and sweet potatoe fries to want any of the FABULOUS peach cobbler topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, sprinkled with cinnamon . It was a fantastic Friday date night! Dinner, dancing, energetic atmosphere, and great service made a memorable night.

Tried Buffalo Run for the first time and really enjoyed it. We had the Philly-ish Cheesesteak and the Chicken Tender basket, both with French fries. Everything was delicious! They split the tender basket to share, and the portions were huge. The server was very friendly and attentive. And everything is very reasonably priced. It will become a regular spot for us.

At Buffalo Run, the ambiance is neat, Live bands will have you tapping your feet. Chicken wings cooked with such flair, You'll be waving your lighter in the air. Cheap drinks flow like a bubbling brook, In this gem of a place, worth a look. Service is fast, the staff is kind, A friendlier spot you'd be hard to find. The music, the food, they got it just right, Buffalo Run, indeed a shining light. In a world of places, dull and drab, This is a spot with real pizazz. So, if you're ever feeling down or blue, Buffalo Run is the place for you. Sit, relax, have a sip and a bite, It’s sure to make your spirits bright.

We waited an hour and a half for a table only to find out the hostess never wrote our name down. We were there to watch a friend's band play or we would never have waited that long. Our waitress was very friendly and on top of things as best she could considering how busy and packed it was. Aside from the mishap with getting a table we enjoyed the band and had a great time. The food was ok and the beer was cold.
